The Nauru Law Society is committed to strengthening the skills and professionalism of lawyers in Nauru through a program of practical training, mentoring and regional collaboration. Our professional development work targets both newly-admitted practitioners and experienced lawyers, with a focus on courtroom practice, legal drafting, ethics and modern digital tools for legal research.

• Continuing Legal Education (CLE) workshops and hands-on training sessions.
• Mentoring and induction support for newly admitted lawyers.
• Regional partnerships (e.g., PacLII) to provide online research and learning resources.
• Regular short courses on ethics, advocacy and digital legal practice.
